The Whitepages Pro team is excited to head down to San Francisco this week for Signal, Twilio’s flagship developer conference. Why are we excited? Besides diving deep on SMS for customer service, hearing about a new developer experience during the keynote, and heading over to the Ferry Building for some quick tourist time, we’ll be showcasing our APIs and hanging out with developers who are building amazing products. If you’re one of the lucky ones heading to Signal, here’s some things we’ll be up to while we are there.
- Live Demonstrations of Whitepages Pro’s APIs
We will showcase live three of our powerful mobile identity data API products.
Caller Identification API identifies an unknown caller’s name, demographics, address, and more in real-time. It provides agents and sales team with incoming caller details, helping them to better align their conversation and save time in a building an accurate contact record.
Phone Intelligence API gives you in-depth and authoritative phone data that helps you identify fake user account sign-ups, inform risk models, and segment and analyze your database. It does this by providing phone data attributes like like line-type and carrier.
Phone Reputation API allows organizations to filter and block spammy numbers across the voice and SMS channels, stopping bad calls before they reach an IVR or consumer.
Stop by our booth to see our data in action.
- Joining Twilio for a Breakout Session
Our team will join Twilio for a special breakout session during Signal. The Whitepages Pro team will discuss how businesses today use our Caller Identification API data to verify inbound callers and qualify opportunities in real-time with just a phone number. If you are attending Signal, make sure to stop by our session.
- Learning from developers about new use cases for Whitepages Pro data
Events like Twilio Signal provide us with a great opportunity to meet with existing customers and new users to learn how they are using Whitepages Pro data to mitigate risk and optimize the customer experience.
- Giving away our newly designed t-shirts
Why are we excited about this? Because they look cool, and who doesn’t like a free t-shirt? And not one of those cheap itchy ones – the really nice ones. Make sure to stop by, say “hi”, and pick one up.
